Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar spend the weekend discussing about Takht

Alia Bhatt spent the weekend with Karan Johar doing talks of Takht. Takht is a Dharma Production film directed by Karan Johar. Alia shared an Instagram story which featured the director sitting in a chair in what appeared to be an office cabin.

The actor on Saturday took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her talks with Karan. The screenplay of the film is done by Sumit Roy and dialogues are a work of Hussain Haidry. The plot of the film is set in the mughal era and it also stars Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Jahnvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

With Takht, Karan marks the return to direction three years after the release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
