Lukka Chuppi manages to earn Rs 82.51 Crore on day 16

The Kriti Sanon and Kaartik Aaryan starrer Lukka Chuppi has successfully earned 82.51 crores on day 16. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar. The romantic-comedy has managed to pull it off well at the box office.

Trade analyst taran Adarsh tweeted, “#LukaChuppi continues to show an enthusiastic trend during weekends… Records healthy numbers on [third] Sat and Sun [despite reduced screens/shows]… [Week 3] Fri 1.62 cr, Sat 2.25 cr, Sun 3.40 cr. Total: ₹ 82.51 cr. India biz.”

The film is a complete family entertainer and also stars Aparshakti Khurrana, Vinay Pathak and Pankaj Tripathi.

Producer of the film, Dinesh Vijan said, “The only constant ingredient is change! Being able to back stories that maybe don’t have a reference point. With all of our films, there wasn’t a film which seemed similar to another one. People thought I was crazy to introduce zombies, make Varun Dhawan a dark hero, make a horror comedy, or talk about live-in relationships with the whole family! But it all worked out.”
