The highly anticipated period action film KGF: Chapter 2 was released in theatres today. The Prashanth Neel directorial’s Hindi dubbed version has recorded the highest advance bookings, after beating Bahubali: The Conclusion.In the movie, Sanjay Dutt plays the villainous role of Adheera. Post-release, Sanjay Dutt opened up about how strong the character was. He also talks about what went behind delivering the physical transformation required for the movie.Dutt said, “A looming frightening presence with hard action sequences against the protagonist not only requires intense acting but also a believable body physicality. In simpler terms I didn’t only have to act the part, I also had to look the part. The training was hard but when I saw the rushes it was completely worth it.”

After his outstanding role in the movie, it is speculated that he will be remembered as the ‘Godfather’ of Villains. The actor started shooting for the movie after battling fourth-stage lung cancer.
