Salman Khan reveals look from his next film titled Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan

Salman Khan’s next film finally has a title–Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The actor unveiled his look from the film on Friday as he completed 34 years in Bollywood.

Salman Khan completes 34 years as an actor in the Hindi film industry on Friday, August 26. It was on this day in 1988 that his debut film had released. To mark the occasion, Salman shared a rare social media post thanking fans for sticking by him all these years. And as a bonus, the actor revealed the title of his upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai.. Kisi Ki Jaan.

Taking to social media, Salman shared a short video with the hashtag Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The video opens with a note from Salman for fans and colleagues. “34 years ago was now and 34 years later is also now. My life’s journey began from nowhere made up of two words now and here. Thank you for being with me then which was now and thank you for being with me now. Really appreciate it,” the note reads.

The video then gives a glimpse of Salman’s look from the film, complete with long, flowing hair and a beard. Salman has shared snippets of the look from the film previously too but this marked the first time when he gave fans a full view of his look. The film, till now, had been referred to as Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali but this wasn’t its formal title. It was also titled Bhaijaan in the interim.

Fans praised the actor’s different look in the comments. “Have never seen Salman sir like this. This is so different,” wrote one. Another tweeted, “Even after 34 years, he is putting so much effort in his looks and films, shows how serious he is.” Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also stars Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu, Raghav Juyal, and Shehnaaz Gill. The film, directed by Farhad Samji, is slated to be released on December 30, 2022.

Salman started his career as an actor with the 1988 film Biwi Ho To Aisi which starred Rekha and Farookh Sheikh. He found success the following year with the Sooraj Barjatya film Maine Pyaar Kiya. He remained one of the most successful stars in Bollywood over the next two decades with blockbusters like Karan Arjun, Hum Aapke Hain Koun, Tere Naam, Wanted, Dabangg, and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
