Raghav Chadha’s Delhi Home Welcomes Parineeti Chopra with Traditional Dhol Celebration

A day after tying the knot with Raghav Chadha, Parineeti Chopra received a warm welcome at the Chadha residence in New Delhi on Monday night. The actor was received at Raghav’s bungalow in Pandara Park with a lot of fervour as the Chadha family arranged for a band to perform as she arrived. A video of Parineeti arriving at Raghav’s official bungalow has surfaced on social media.

In a recent video that’s posted on Instagram by a pap, Parineeti is seen dressed in a maroon jumpsuit, donning bridal chooda (bridal bangles) as she is welcomed into the politician’s house amid tight security. The actor was seen getting out of a white car and a band started playing as soon as her car reached the bungalow’s gate.

Reportedly, Parineeti will be living with Raghav at his official bungalow in Pandara Park. The actor and politician got engaged at Raghav’s family house in Kapurthala in New Delhi on May 13.

The couple tied the knot in Udaipur on September 24, at The Leela Palace in Udaipur. The celebrity couple’s wedding saw some prominent celebrities in attendance. Tennis star Sania Mirza, cricketer Harbhajan Singh with wife Geeta Basra, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann, MP Sanjay Singh, Yuva Sena president Aditya Thackeray were among the many prominent personalities from the world of sports and politics who attended the wedding.

Parineeti’s cousin Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas could not attend the wedding but Priyanka’s mother Madhu and brother Siddharth were in attendance along with celebrity fashion designer Manish Malhotra and others. Manish Malhotra, on his way out of the Lake City, spoke to the paps stationed outside the airport and told them that he and other guests at the wedding had a lot of fun during the two-day wedding festivities.
