There won’t be any noticeable direct physiological impacts on your body if you skip a month of onion consumption. Although they are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, onions are not an essential part of a person’s diet. That being said, you may lose out on some nutrients if onions are a staple in your diet and you abruptly stop eating them.

Onions also include substances like quercetin, which have immune-stimulating and anti-inflammatory qualities. Thus, you may lose out on these possible health advantages if you quit eating onions. You can still get these nutrients from other foods in your diet, though.
