Laal Singh Chaddha’s trailer evokes warmth and love with its extraordinary story, here’s how!

The much-awaited trailer of Laal Singh Chaddha was dropped during the second timeout of the first innings of the IPL Finale last evening. It was indeed a momentous occasion as no other film had ever had such a unique trailer release earlier.

The Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer is the Hindi remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump. The film’s storyline revolves around a simple man who lived an extraordinary life. The highlight of the trailer is the glimpses of Aamir who is introduced as a disabled guy. His mother played by Mona Singh is a beacon of hope in his life who convinces him that he is as good as the rest of them. The heartwarming relationship between mother and son tugs at your heartstrings.

Seeing Kareena Kapoor Khan onscreen after a long period is refreshing. Though not a lot of details are revealed about her character – her chemistry with Aamir Khan is nice. The excellent background score has already won hearts across the internet.

Releasing on August 11, the film promises to be a classic Bollywood drama with the right amount of love, emotions, and warmth imbued in it.
