Ram Lalla’s idol comes to light ahead of the “Pran Pratishtha” event on Monday.

The Ram Lalla idol was set within the sanctum sanctorum as part of the rites leading up to the Ram Temple’s consecration ceremony. New photographs released on Friday showcased the intricate craftsmanship of the idol.

Previously, the first pictures of Ram Lalla’s idol were revealed, showing it shrouded in a white cloth. The 51-inch idol, created by Mysuru-based artist Arun Yogiraj, was delivered to the temple in the early hours of Thursday.

On Thursday afternoon, the new idol of Lord Ram was put in the Ram Janmabhoomi temple’s sanctum sanctorum, or ‘Garbha Griha’. According to the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, this occurred as prayers were being said.
