In a village near Jabalpur city on tuesday a man has been accused of abducting and raping a minor as the girl\u2019s two-year-old brother banged at his door. Police said a four-year-old girl and her brother were playing outside their home when their parents were out at work and their grandmother was doing household chores.<\/p>\n
Akash Yadav, 18, was arrested in Padria village as angry residents searched for him.The girl told her family Yadav had assaulted her. Police have charged Yadav under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code which deals with rape and rules of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.<\/p>\n
The grandmother noticed that the girl was missing and her brother was banging at Yadav\u2019s door. The woman too began knocking at Yadav\u2019s door, but he allegedly told her that her granddaughter was not in his house.<\/p>\n
The woman was not convinced and kept a watch on Yadav\u2019s house. She soon saw the girl exiting in tears and Akash slipping out in tow, it\u2019s alleged.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
