Hence, film theatres reopened and the industry gave a collective sigh of relief. But it was all over too soon as the second wave proved to be deadlier than the first. The mortality rate across the country is at an all-time high. The entire nation is in the grips of either partial or total lockdown in different areas. Taking note of this, several filmmakers have again decided that it\u2019s no longer feasible for them to wait for the theatres to open. They are hopping on to the OTT bandwagon to release their projects. One such film is Priyadarshan\u2019s Hungama 2. The comedy, which stars Paresh Rawal, Meezaan Jaffrey, Pranitha Subhash and is Shilpa Shetty\u2019s comeback film is also headed for an online release.
