Jyoti Sachdev Iyer’s flagship store in Bengaluru

JSI, in association with Emerald Ventures, launched last month, is located in Ulsoor, and will soon include a fashion library and a café.Jyoti, who has over two decades experience in the design industry, believes that “less is more”. The JSI store has a wide range of collections for the fashion-conscious, urban woman. The reason for her to set up a store in Bengaluru was only natural.

The JSI store has a wide range of collections for the fashion-conscious, urban woman. The reason for her to set up a store in Bengaluru was only natural.

“We have done close to 10 collections throughout the store, each one styled with a different look and feel to it,” says Jyoti as she takes us on a tour through the store. She shows us a stunning array of gowns in bottle green with embellishments, saying: “This is the Green Maple collection where we have used greens and have played around with nudes and gun metals. We have played around with the fabrics as well as the embroideries.”

“You will never have repeats in this store. Each design is carefully crafted,” says Jyoti.The store is located at No. 29, Shanti Nilaya, Ulsoor Road.The price range for the pret line starts anywhere from ₹7000 and goes upto ₹80,000. And the couture go up to a couple of lakhs.
