Nepal sets record for hosting the highest altitude fashion show on land

Beauty Pageants have become the most popular thing today. Its literally become a trending phase amongst the youngsters.

Recently, Nepal set a new Guiness World Record for holding the highest altitude fashion show event ever held on land. The Mount Everest Fashion Runway was organised by RB Diamonds and KASA Style with the support of Nepal Tourism Board. It was held at an elevation of 5340 meters (17515 ft) next to the Everest base camp on January 26th.

Models from various parts of the world, including Finland, Italy, Sri Lanka and Singapore, participated in the show.The show was attended by Kedar Bahadur Adhikari, secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, and Nandini Lahe Thapa, senior director of Nepal Tourism Board, among others.
